Olivex is Deeptrace Teknoloji's solution for olive oil. The promise across the family is verification, tracking and monitoring; the method differs. With Olivex the analysis happens where the set is opened, not in a laboratory, and the result appears there.

## Questions about Olivex

- Does using the analysis set require training? No. The steps are laid out in order in the booklet in the box and in the app; anyone on your team can make a reading from the first day.
- Do I need to buy a separate device? No. The reading is made with the camera of the phone in your hand. You do not take on hardware that needs servicing or calibration.
- What form does the result come in? The app states which quality grade the oil falls into. You see where it stands, from extra virgin through to adulterated.
- Does it replace laboratory analysis? Olivex lets you make the decision in the field. In a formal certification process, laboratory analysis stays where it is; the analysis set tells you which sample is worth sending there.
- Does the result only stay on screen? No. Every reading is kept with its place, its time and its batch, and you can share it as a report afterwards.
